📄 Returns and Refunds Policy – Aurevia

🕒 Return Period

You have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be approved, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Not have been used
  • Show no scratches, dents, wear, or visible damage
  • Include the original packaging in full
  • Include all accessories (if applicable)
  • Provide proof of purchase or order number

👉 We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Personalized Products (VERY IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of our products (custom name necklaces):

  • Returns and refunds are NOT accepted for personalized products
  • EXCEPT in the following cases:
    • Defective product
    • Manufacturing error
    • Incorrect product received

👉 This includes errors made by the customer (e.g., misspelled names)


📦 How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error or defect
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

⚠️ Inspection and Approval

Once the product is received:

  • It will be carefully inspected
  • You will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected

👉 If the product does not meet the conditions, it may be rejected without a refund


💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • It will be processed within up to 10 business days
  • It will be issued to the original payment method

👉 Final processing time may depend on the bank or issuing entity


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

👉 To exchange a product:

  • Request a return (if applicable)
  • Place a new order

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery.

👉 Include clear photos for faster evaluation


🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the EU:

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days
  • Except for personalized products

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products used or damaged by the customer

⚖️ Right of Admission

Aurevia reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet the conditions
  • Request additional information
  • Determine whether a product has been used or damaged
